Delivery

• We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of your order being placed. 
• Your order should be with you within 3 working days, with most deliveries arriving the next day.
• If an item is out of stock we will let you know via email as soon as possible.
• Your order will be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery service, which means your order will need to be signed for. 

Mainland UK delivery - £2.95, FREE for UK orders over £50

Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country when the delivery arrives in the destination country.  All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers responsibility

Europe - £9.95

Rest of World - £19.95 

Returns

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase just return them within 10 days and we will be happy give you a full refund or free exchange. To return goods:

• Return the goods (unworn) to the address below
• Complete the returns form
• We recommend that you send any returns recorded delivery from the post office.  We can not be held responsible for post lost on return to us.  Sorry but we are unable to refund any delivery costs.
• In case of a refund your original form of payment will be credited.  Please allow up to 28 days for any refund to appear on your statement.
